1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all orders placed through this website by customers worldwide. By submitting an order, the customer agrees to these T&C.

Any conflicting terms from the customer will not be recognized unless explicitly agreed to by us in writing.

2. Contract Formation

The display of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
By clicking the “Buy” or “Order Now” button, the customer makes a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

3. Product Descriptions

All product descriptions, images, videos, and information are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color, shape, material, or design may occur and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove products from the assortment at any time.

4. Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Depending on the customer’s location, the price may be automatically converted.

Prices do not include:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local VAT or sales taxes

  • Import fees

  • Administrative fees charged by postal or courier services

These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant authorities or service providers.

5. International Orders & Customs

The customer acknowledges that international deliveries may be subject to legal restrictions.

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • ensuring the product is legally permitted in the destination country

  • compliance with local trademarks or product regulations

  • obtaining necessary import permissions

We accept no liability for:

  • customs refusals

  • confiscation of goods

  • delays

  • returns or destruction of goods

  • fines or penalties

All associated costs are borne by the customer.

6. No Liability for External Authorities

We have no control over:

  • customs offices

  • postal services

  • courier services

  • government inspections

Once the goods are shipped, further handling is outside our control.

Refunds will not be issued if goods are held, confiscated, or destroyed by authorities.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Delays caused by:

  • weather

  • customs

  • strikes

  • security checks

  • international logistics
    do not justify a refund.

8. Warranty & Guarantee

We provide a voluntary 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.

This warranty covers:

  • manufacturing defects

  • damaged items

  • incorrectly delivered products

The customer must report the defect within 30 days and provide suitable evidence (photos/videos).

We will decide, at our discretion, on:

  • replacement

  • partial refund

  • full refund

9. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • improper use

  • damage caused by the customer

  • alterations to the product

  • incorrect storage

10. Returns

Returns are only possible with prior approval.
The customer bears all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the ordered goods.
We are not liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • consequential damages

  • lost profits

  • business losses

12. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel orders without notice if fraud is suspected.

13. Governing Law

The laws of the country in which our company is registered apply, to the extent legally permissible.
